“Inhospitable and rude staff”

I strongly recommend avoiding this property. I booked it mainly because of its proximity to Medanta Hospital, where my elderly parents were receiving treatment. The experience was extremely disappointing: the property manager was rude and refused to show us the rooms, even telling my parents to “find another place.” I had to contact customer support for help, but they could not reach the property. We had to find alternative accommodation urgently. This was an unprofessional and inhospitable experience, especially given the hotel's location near a major hospital where guests might be staying for medical reasons. I would not recommend this property.

Only 5 minutes from Medanta and the price is good, plus there are small shops outside for groceries. Unfortunately, the linen was dirty, stained, and torn, and the towels were just as bad. Even after asking for replacements, the new ones were still in the same condition, so it seems they don’t have quality linens. The room lacked basic items like slippers, shampoo, and body wash, even though we expected them. We had to buy our own toiletries after checking in. There were no teabags, sugar, or milk, and the kettle was the only thing provided. Everything else—soap, toilet paper, drinking water—had to be requested, as listed in the booking details.

“Neat & clean”

Close to Medanta, clean and newly built. The property should open its own restaurant.
