Everything was amazing: the bed was comfortable, the shower relaxing, and breakfast delicious 😋, yet after a week I still haven’t received the incidental money back; they said it should already be there but it isn’t.

The staff were friendly, the location was good, and the room was spacious, but there was no water available, the gym water dispenser stayed empty the whole stay, the AC was extremely loud and made sleeping impossible, the area outside the toilet was dirty, the window was super dirty so I couldn’t see the hill view, and the TV was useless—no smart TV with streaming.
