The spot overlooking the water on the historic Shelburne waterfront is excellent. The King suite is very roomy and fully equipped, including a well-stocked kitchen. The views are spectacular. An espresso machine in the hallway is a nice touch. Stephanie, the owner, is incredibly friendly and helpful—she’s a wonderful hostess. I can’t wait to come back and check out the new wine bar at the inn that’s opening soon. Absolutely nothing to add.

The coffee outside the room was a disappointment.

The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, but the building is currently under construction. The elaborate coffee maker in the hallway was extremely loud, and the guests were also noisy trying to figure it out—moving it downstairs would help.

The location is right on the water and in the historic district. The host was very attentive and friendly, and the parking spots are slanted opposite the accommodation.
