I’ve used this place several times, and the staff are always friendly and courteous, which feels good. The facilities are clean and superb; the shared kitchen’s water dispenser and coffee maker are also great. There isn’t much to complain about, but the shower tap is old and the hot water takes a while to come out. Also, the nearby convenience store closed, so I had to go to Uji Station’s store.

The bedroom, kitchen and lounge were incredibly luxurious and everything was thoughtfully arranged and beautifully presented. However, we struggled to find the place and Google Maps kept giving us wrong directions; it wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but after 4 pm there’s almost nothing to eat in Koyasan and you’re left with packaged meals from a local convenience store, so a heads‑up about that would have been useful, especially since the hotel offers a great kitchen for cooking.

清潔であった。共有キッチンもよかった. １０の部屋。TVの電波が悪い。ドアがきちんと閉めないと開く。 防音はあまりなく、子どもたちの声が漏れる。我が家の子ども達、お騒がせしてすみません 駐車場が分かりにくいので、事前に地図などで提示して欲しい。 宿の前は一方通行。

The staff were very friendly, giving me peace of mind and a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, it rained a lot and the futons felt a bit cold.
