The proximity to the airport is a plus. However, as soon as we arrived we were hit with an 8% surcharge for card payment. The apartment was not very clean and was poorly maintained: broken doors, wall paneling practically falling off, peeling plaster, and window caulk completely gone. The beds were uncomfortable and the sheets were questionable. Some windows lacked slats, and the doors to the noisy street were bent and wouldn’t close, making sleep nearly impossible due to street noise and loud music from the next door that blared all night. Contrary to the description, there is no sauna in the room—only a communal sauna on the 5th floor. We also discovered that this unit is actually listed for permanent rent or sale.
