I especially appreciated Jessie 邸妍杰, who delivered top‑level service, acted quickly, and proactively found the best‑value packages. Overall, I was very satisfied with my visit.

The Wi‑Fi didn't work, so I couldn't check‑in for my flight back to Europe the next day; free, working Wi‑Fi is a hotel standard, yet it was unavailable and there was no paid option.

The hotel was very convenient to transport, had its own parking vouchers, and was close to bus and metro lines; the breakfast was tasty, with many choices suitable for general tastes, offering both Western and Chinese options; overall the hotel was great, the front desk staff LEOSONG were nice, and I highly recommend it!
