The reception was especially pleasant; the young lady always smiled and gave good advice, being very helpful. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to the beach. The room was stylish and well equipped, and breakfast was very good. Nothing was missing; everything was perfect.

The team was wonderful. Tamara welcomed us at arrival with her kindness, and the breakfast lady was very attentive. We went swimming and two ladies handed us a mattress lounger and towels even though they were already stored away. Thanks for all the little touches! Nothing to complain about.

We only arrived around 8 pm. The extremely helpful and friendly receptionist Tamara immediately went outside to find us a parking spot right by the hotel, then escorted us with our luggage into the lobby and explained the nearby sights using a map. We stayed in a double room on the 2nd floor overlooking the mountains. The spacious room was well thought out and modernly furnished. What struck us first was how clean the room and bathroom were – everything was exactly as described. We also liked that there were two extra warm blankets already covered in the wardrobe, ready to be unfolded if needed. Breakfast was flawless, offering everything from hearty to sweet or muesli options, all beautifully presented and freshly prepared each morning by the friendly kitchen staff. Worth noting: the hotel is just a 2‑minute walk to the beach promenade. All in all, I’d give the hotel a 10/10 because everything fit perfectly – family‑friendly, very friendly, good quiet yet central location, and very clean.
