Only the exterior looked pretty—probably just for the website pictures. The rooms were poorly maintained, with peeling walls, no AC in the front room, and only one barely effective AC in the bedroom. The toilet had a broken pot, and there was no dustbin or tissue roll in the bathroom.

The service was outstanding and the staff were always friendly and ready to help.

The hotel itself and the pool were fine, but despite booking and paying for a bungalow we were put in the farthest room on the property, even though we had asked for two separate beds in a two‑person bungalow. That room turned out to be very worn – the faucet leaked onto the toilet, the mattress was overly soft, and the linens and towels were a bit dirty. We didn’t argue; we simply left for another hotel a few days later.

Nothing good. Everything was bad: no kitchen, no water, no hot water—just a total waste of money.
