Pros: It’s in the city centre on a very quiet street, yet still central, right on Brunnenstraße where a crime‑series was filmed. Check‑in was hassle‑free and we got help quickly. The TV was broken; I reported it after 22:00 and the technician arrived the next afternoon at 16:00. The bed is spacious, 2 × 2 m, and the mattresses are super soft—sleeping feels like on clouds. There are blackout curtains, so street lights don’t shine through. Cons: The building and room are very small; ours was about 3 × 4 m. There was no seating except a single chair and a very small table, even though we booked for two people. The windows face the street and you can feel a bit exposed; when the curtains are open you can see straight into the room from outside, and it’s hard to sleep with the windows open at night because they’re very deep. There’s also no lobby or any common area, so there’s no on‑site contact person.
