Check‑in was fast and the staff were very friendly.

The room was very clean and tidy, with a sink, a TV, everything in order. The staff were friendly and the restaurant offered really good food. In room number five, a fan or some other device ran all night and I couldn't identify or turn it off from the room. The next day, after I complained, they still couldn't tell me what it was. By then it was too late; the sleepless night left a lasting discomfort. It was really unpleasant and should have been turned off.

The booking was uncomplicated and friendly, and the location was perfect for our purpose. However, the room we booked was not available, so the alternative room only had a shared toilet. They offered to move us to another building, but its location didn't suit our needs, and there was no refund or discount. The shower smelled extremely unpleasant (mold), the balcony door (shared balcony with the neighboring room) wouldn't close, and the blinds needed repair.
The good thing was that everything was close to the hotel. The bed was comfortable, but the room had small flakes that made it impossible to sleep well at night, and my whole body turned red and I had an allergy.
