I was badly received, not very friendly, and they wouldn’t accept my small dog, so I had to find a room urgently.

The staff were very kind, the small room was pretty and well decorated, quiet, and the location and value were perfect, but a minor issue: the windows and door open onto the lovely courtyard where breakfast is served, making it hard to air out privately.
