The room was fantastic and spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful, I paid for a one‑hour late checkout but left on time, and they offered me a full refund immediately.

The building façade and location were good, but we were given a third‑floor apartment without an elevator or staff to help with luggage—55 steps to climb—and we only learned about this after booking, which we would have avoided if we’d known earlier.

The place is nice, but they charged me for an extra hour on the day of departure when I was never told the check‑out was at 10 am; I asked for understanding, they gave me no time, and I was billed £25.
