The location was good, but the cost was high with hidden fees, breakfast wasn’t free, and there was no allergen guide for food options.

The room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable; the bartenders and all staff I met were very friendly, but there were no wash cloths and the restaurant closed early while we were at a late concert, and they were short‑staffed.

The location was ideal for our event at Soldier Field, and the staff were friendly and helpful. No complaints.
Sleep was comfortable, the room was nice and clean, and I loved the lobby’s scent, though I would have preferred a water view; there are no free toiletries anymore, the breakfast staff downstairs were unfriendly and unclear when I asked questions, the lady who seated us was frowning when I requested a spot, and please stop using down feather products and supporting animal cruelty.
