Our stay at this hotel was marred by a disappointing encounter with the door staff, but the manager's prompt response and resolution of the issue helped salvage our experience. The hotel's proximity to the museum town and generous parking facilities were definite highlights. However, the door staff's behavior left a sour taste.

Our stay at this Four Points by Sheraton hotel was characterized by a serene and peaceful atmosphere, making it an ideal retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. However, the hotel's proximity to other similar establishments in Chengdu raised some concerns about confusion and misidentification.

Our stay at this hotel was marked by excellent service from the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The hotel's breakfast offerings and location in Anren were also major positives. However, the gym facilities fell short of expectations due to cleanliness and maintenance issues.
