“Location is great, but needs an update and a decent clean”
The location was great, but the room we got was outdated: the furniture was tired, dented, and marked and needs an upgrade. One kitchen door wouldn’t shut, the cabinet door was off the fridge, and the TV was broken. The front desk promised maintenance, but nothing happened. It also needs a deep clean. I was really disappointed because we stayed here years ago and loved it.

The room was large with beautiful views and the staff were very helpful. The carpet was a little worn, but not too bad.

The view and the beautiful room were amazing; I would definitely stay again. Love this place, there's nothing to dislike.
The location and staff were fine, but the mattress was dirty, the fridge was tiny, there wasn’t enough cooking gear, and there was no washing machine. The balcony view was blocked by frosted glass and there was no table.
The staff were friendly and the room layout and facilities were nice. The pillows were too big, the pool wasn’t heated (they should mention that on their page), and heating only came from a single air‑con, so rooms didn’t warm up well when doors were closed.
