I was especially thankful to Nour for handling the mix‑up with the extra beds as an exception and taking good care of us. More complimentary services would add better value.

We got upgraded as guest of the day and fell in love with the executive club where the staff were friendly, kind, and generous; the concierge even upgraded our airport transfer. Everyone knew our name and Ms Samira greeted us each time we entered the lobby, making it a fantastic way to finish our Egyptian holiday. Thank you so much. The only issue was a slight tobacco smoke smell in the air conditioner.

The room was roomy with a generous bathroom, and the Byredo toiletries were a nice touch; the staff were attentive and the breakfast was excellent. The only downside was that the bathroom door didn’t close properly and needed fixing.

Die Zimmer waren schön groß und die Lobby hatte einen sehr beruhigenden Stil, gerade wenn man nach dem ganzen Trubel reinkommt. Sehr sauber & toller Service. Der Nilblick war leider nur seitlich. Nachts hat man den Straßenlärm gehört im Zimmer
