“Decent, But Needs Some TLC.”

The staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was really good and had interesting local delicacies to try every day. The Glow Spa was amazing and the highlight of our stay there, Really good value and thoroughly relaxing. The resort in general needs some TLC. The bed was comfortable and spacious, but there were marks on the tables, a damaged wardrobe door, less than clean floors and mold around the air conditioner. The fitness room was very dirty and had an uneven floor and the children's area needs to be updated

The beach and pool are gorgeous, and there are always free loungers available; the rooms are spacious and the staff, especially the poolboys, are very friendly. The only downside is the very loud, heavily trafficked street behind the hotel.

“Goodbye Samui....”

A lovely hotel with a dreamlike garden and a fine sandy beach; it has two pools. Breakfast was good with plenty of options, and the staff were friendly. The beds were comfortable. The hotel feels quite old, offers no entertainment, so ten days there felt long, and there are hardly any trash cans around.

“Stary, zaniedbany i mocno zużyty hotel.”

The hotel sits beautifully amid a huge, wonderful, and well‑maintained garden, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The biggest strength is its staff—one of the kindest and most friendly teams worldwide. Everyone is very polite, friendly, and always ready to help. Common areas are cleaned regularly and kept tidy. Unfortunately, the hotel is clearly old and seems to have gone many years without a proper renovation. Room furnishings are heavily worn and damaged; the furniture is old and neglected, and the desk looks like it was painted with oil paint. The bathroom is in poor condition, with an old tub and worn equipment. The gym is dirty and has outdated equipment. As a Sheraton brand, the standard is definitely disappointing. For the price, we expect far more.
