Red Roof Inn Saginaw – Frankenmuth

The comforters were stained everywhere, the mattress was literally discussing, and it smelled like stale cigarette; a cigarette was even left in the peephole—VERY NASTY!!! I left immediately and didn’t stay. I asked for a refund but haven’t received one yet, and I’m upset that I haven’t gotten it even though I reached out to booking and Redroof. NOTHING else. I will never use any Redroof again.

Nothing. It was filthy and the whole place needed to be cleaned up. Nothing else.

“S*** hole”

Filthy as hell, it was terrible, I asked to be switched but no other rooms were available, then I asked for a refund, they said no, and that they would give me a better room the next time I came, but I was already staying in the better room—a superior room with a king bed. The floors were full of dirt and other people's hair; it was disgusting. I’m not usually the one to complain, but there were condoms under the bed, dog toys under the bed, dirt everywhere. I just can’t believe how filthy the floors were—unreal. The bathroom was the same, the toilet was nasty, the bedding had blood stains on it, the TV didn’t work, there were two telephones in the room and neither worked. That place is a joke. I didn’t like any of it; I wanted to leave but he would not give me my refund and couldn’t switch me to another room and assured me that I’d be put in a better room the next time I came, but there is not going to be a next time.

None. The pictures were nasty and misleading, the door wouldn’t even close, and the two rooms were so far apart from each other.

The spot was great—fresh air, huge green fields, a big sky, and calm vibes. The only hiccup was that the phones were down.
