The price was very reasonable for a spot so close to the city centre, especially near the AEON mall, making it a solid choice if you just need a simple place to rest during a short stop in Seremban. However, a cockroach appeared in one of the rooms and my father had to kill it with his slippers. The bedsheets on my bed had dark stains (see attached photos), and the receptionist explained that these were inevitable effects of off‑site bulk laundry cleaning, which I didn’t expect. She couldn’t grant a room change but called the cleaning crew to swap the sheets. Even though the new sheets still had similar stains, they were less obvious and I decided to stay. The staff who replaced the sheets seemed upset, and when they dropped the folded towel onto the vanity table, they did it rather aggressively.

I found the room comfortable for my stay, but the hotel area is quite close to a KTV. From the evening onward, the noise from that place was loud. There is only one Muslim restaurant within walking distance of the hotel.

The location was good and there were many restaurants nearby. At 3 pm check‑in, the air conditioning was slow to cool and felt very hot, not very cold at all.

1. The hotel kept a very high level of cleanliness. The rooms, beds, and bathrooms were all clean and well‑maintained. The tidy, fragrant environment made guests feel comfortable all the time. 2. The rooms were nicely decorated and had comfortable mattresses and pillows, providing good sleep quality. The room temperature was easy to control. Even though the rooms were somewhat modest in size, they were comfortable enough for rest. 3. The price was very reasonable. Lodge 10 Hotel offered excellent value, and the facilities were comparable to or better than the price. It’s suitable for budget stays without sacrificing basic comfort. 4. Parking was easy. The parking area was spacious and organized, with free and secure parking, making it very convenient for guests with cars. The parking location was also close to the main entrance. 5. The location was strategic. The hotel was in an easily accessible area, close to shopping centres, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Public transport was also readily available nearby, making travel more efficient. No negative points were mentioned.
