The water supply stopped on the morning of Oct 16 for about 30 minutes, and when it returned it was muddy and discolored. There was no bidet, the door lock wasn’t secured, and the TV, telephone and water heater were all broken. No maintenance was available to fix anything. The hotel only provided a thin fleece blanket instead of a comforter or duvet, and toiletries were limited to two small soaps and one roll of paper. There was no room service or restaurant, and the photos on the site were not representative of the actual room.

The place was clean and cozy, a solid choice for a one‑night stay. The Wi‑Fi was almost nonexistent, so I couldn’t use it, and the TV was broken.

Location was fine and the staff were accommodating, but the hot shower didn’t work well.

The hotel's cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I was really disappointed with the state of the room. It was dirty and needed a good clean.
