I recently spent a night at Kazan in Amritsar and found it a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, well‑maintained, and situated conveniently, so exploring the city was easy. The staff were courteous, helpful, and always ready to help with any request. The only downside was that the room’s soundproofing could be better, as some outside noise seeped in.

This lovely‑looking hotel turned out to be the best value for money. The indoor/outdoor dining area was gorgeous and the Indian food was delicious. My room was the most spacious I’ve ever had and beautifully appointed, complete with a grassed private outdoor area, a plunge pool, and a patio. The staff were friendly, helpful, and extremely efficient. Though it isn’t near shops or outdoor activities, I chose it for its closeness to the airport during a short overnight stay. I would sincerely and highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The location was mentioned as a drawback, but it didn’t spoil my stay at all.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms, which were spotless and well-maintained. However, there were a couple of minor issues that could easily be addressed – the gaps in the door and the missing hooks in the bathroom were noticeable. On a more serious note, I was disappointed to find that there was no secure parking available, which made me a bit anxious about leaving my vehicle unattended.
