Everything was a very complete hotel and I liked everything.

I liked the hotel’s location, but I had trouble with the Wi‑Fi connection, which forced me to change rooms; the window in the room was poorly built so I could hear all the outside noise; the bathroom had low water pressure; and there were no vegan options for breakfast.

It’s very central and spacious, ideal for two people or a small family, just a short walk to Kennedy Park and a few more blocks to Love Park, and a 10‑minute taxi ride to the Peru bus for ICA. 10/10.

The only thing that worked for this hotel was its location, but the staff were far from helpful; our group of twelve, with seven of us on a single reservation for four rooms, asked a month ahead for early check‑in and were told it would be decided on arrival. When we got there they said only one room was free, then after we pressed them they finally managed to pull four rooms together after a 20‑minute wait, as if they didn’t want us in early despite us paying for the service. The rooms looked like the pictures but reeked of dampness and chlorine, the furniture and beds were old, doors creaked, there was no soundproofing and some rooms lacked air‑conditioning in the heat of Lima. Cleaning started at 6 am, with doors opening, closing and even hammering in the middle of the night; we had to call to stop the noise. I won’t be returning.
