I didn’t enjoy anything about the stay. The Wi‑Fi was unusable, the water was shockingly cold early in the morning—imagine washing with cold water in winter while it’s snowing outside—and the microwave was ridiculously far away in the dining hall.

Everything about the property impressed me, and the staff were incredibly caring and pleasant. The only downside was the absence of a pool, braai stands, and outdoor tables and chairs.

The staff were friendly, there were plenty of plugs, and the room was very comfortable. The bathroom door felt a bit cramped; it would have been better if the bed were positioned on the opposite wall.

Used it as a stop over and arrived late, the staff made sure the room was warm and cozy before we arrived which was great, staff also very friendly and accommodating!
