Fantastic rooms with great views, and excellent location. Incredibly good breakfast. A fair amount of mess at check‑in and check‑out. The deposit was very high, and the account charges were unclear when we extended our stay. We spent 45 minutes at the desk, mostly because the staff’s English was poor. Still, they were friendly and professional.

The room was beautiful; they set up my son’s room like a campsite and the service was excellent. Breakfast was varied, the location is great with a mall underneath and several malls around, no car needed, and there’s a toilet. Nothing else—thanks a lot to the front‑desk manager, a very nice person who strives to help us.

The spot, lobby, and rooms were absolutely amazing, and the breakfast ranks among the finest I've tasted in any 5‑star property; the rooms were roomy and the staff went out of their way to help, so I’ll definitely return. On the downside, a few rooms carried a cigarette odor, but the team swapped them for us without any hassle.
