The room was really nice, spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The communication was relaxed and the transfer to the airport in the middle of the night was hassle‑free. The value for money is good. The bathroom situation was a problem: only one shower and toilet in a single room, there was a queue, the bathroom stayed wet all the time and was only moderately clean. The house is very close to the airport, which is why I booked it, but it is currently in a pure construction zone.

The only positive thing is the location near the airport. It’s two kilometres from the airport, so you can walk there. I would never choose this accommodation again. We wanted to sleep before a early flight home. None of us fell asleep because we got a room right next to a shared shower and toilet. Every bathroom visit woke us up all night, and someone was constantly walking down the hallway near our room, which had no soundproofing. The hygiene in the bathroom was also not ideal. It’s definitely better to choose a place a bit farther away but of higher quality. You can get a taxi for a few bucks at any night time.

The staff were polite and they drove me to the airport and back on request. Check‑in was quick, no unnecessary paperwork, and they hooked me up to local Wi‑Fi right away. The payment was fair, nothing extra. It’s very convenient that they accept cash in Russian rubles; if you use a card you have to pay in foreign currency, which applies to Russian citizens. The room was very spacious, even had a sofa and a table. Thank you for placing a cooler with hot and cold water in the lobby; it was essential because there’s nothing to eat or drink around, so you can always brew tea or bring your own quick food. The room was quite clean, only the mosquito net was dusty and the smell was off, but I wiped it with a wet wipe and it was fine. The air conditioner worked well, which is a big plus. The room even had disposable slippers. This setup is perfect for a layover between flights. The only major downside is the lack of bathrooms and showers in the rooms; the entire floor has just one toilet and shower, so there’s nowhere to hang a towel or get a proper shower. I didn’t have to wait in line, but that could happen. For this type of accommodation you really need rubber flip‑flops; I had overshoes, but that’s not washing. There are no shops nearby. The place feels like a remote spot, but the airport is really close. Construction is happening around, so the area may not be fully developed yet. My messages were answered late and with very generic phrases, as if I was talking to a bot; I even worried whether they would meet me from the airport, but everything turned out fine. I would say the price is a bit high considering the listed drawbacks; it could be a little cheaper.

Nothing. The car took us to a scary area. My wife, our son, and I were in a strange area all night and couldn’t sleep. The bathroom had a vomit‑worthy cigarette smell. Around the house were free dogs trying to get close, and the owner was also scared of them. I don’t recommend it to anyone.
