“An expensive but very well located hotel”
The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and ensure the best possible stay.

Nothing good, and the staff didn't respect my requests and did things their own way.

The space is fine, the bed is fine, breakfast is great. I had an issue: I was given keys to a room that already had a guest sleeping in it, and we woke them up in the middle of the night. There is no complimentary water for a remedy, even though we have to pay for it; they should provide water. The bathtub was already a bit old.
