“A cozy beach side hotel for a fair price”
The great - good value, great location for beaches and forests and small cozy town The good - clean, pet friendly,. The bad - don’t arrive late. It’s very out of the way so it’s super dark with nothing open late. If you arrive at midnight the closest food is 20 miles away. We also had ZERO reception with T-Mobile. Thankfully the wifi was good. Also the tv was just cable. None of this is the fault of the hotel though but it’s worth mentioning. The terrible - nothing would go again

The spot was great, but the room had a strong carpet smell that felt like it needed a deep clean. It could use some updates, and there were no “Do Not Disturb” signs on the doors. The check‑in process was confusing.

The location is fine, but the grounds and the room were old and worn. The carpet tore, the sink cracked, mildew smelled everywhere, blinds were torn and wouldn’t stay up, and the pool was out of commission. The facility needs a makeover and some general TLC.
