The staff were friendly and the hotel was the best I've stayed at.

The property was well maintained, rooms and amenities were excellent, and everything was spotlessly clean. The only downside is that there is no kitchen in the hotel, which you only learn about when you arrive; however, that depends on your needs because there are plenty of food delivery options like Domino’s, a second branch of the same hotel right across the street, and a local spot called Nathu’s, so it isn’t a major issue.

The hotel was newly built and rooms were neat, but hand towels were missing, there was no mirror in the room, bathroom lighting was poor, they offered no room service and couldn’t even provide salt, there was no kitchen, and parking was inadequate.
