The service was perfect, the staff friendly, and the coffee selection in beautiful mugs was excellent; the cake, dinner, and breakfast surprised us, making it ideal for a mountain lodge. The outdoor areas are lovely, the restaurant too. The rooms are undergoing a phased renovation; we stayed in an older one but it was still suitable. I’d like to thank the gentleman who brewed our coffee – I’ll definitely come back.

We were the only guests, the staff took good care of us, we could take drinks on trust, the food was tasty, and the location is nice in the forest, close to the Stepanka viewing tower (Stephanshöhe).

The house is very old. The rooms don't match the description. We booked a 20 sq m room, but it turned out to be 12 sq m. There is a shared bathroom and a shared toilet (old and dirty).

A great cabin for a family holiday. The rooms are small, but clean and cozy.
