The property claimed they had problems with the booking; even though I paid the required amount as the staff suggested, they didn’t respond. They eventually told me the room wasn’t booked when I arrived, refunded me, and I had to find another place. My kid and I were exhausted from the flight, then had to wait three hours to secure new accommodation.

The camera room with a double bed, help calling a taxi, and in‑room service were useful, but the bathroom cleaning was limited.
