The spot is in a decent area, and the staff were friendly, but the pool area wasn’t clean and some spots were damp. I didn’t get slippers or cutlery; when I asked for them, they sent disposable ones after about 45 minutes.

The location works well, and I was handed a suite that was tidy and nice. However, the reception staff weren’t welcoming, and the activity area staff seemed eager to finish their tasks. The Club Mahindra sales rep claimed they sell experiences, yet I didn’t feel I’d get any, even for free.

Staying here was a total waste of money; there was nothing to like. The room was dirty, the staff were pathetic, the location was poor, and housekeeping didn’t respond. The rooms were in terrible condition, so spending 17000 Rs for one night here isn’t worth it.
