Not many positives; the location was good, but staff took a long time to come and serve, requiring me to ring the bell four times, the towels and bath mats were filthy, and the air conditioning was noisy.

I love staying here for the view and the convenience of getting around the island—this will always be my pick for Kemah. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. There was nothing I didn’t like about my stay with them; they always call to ask what time I will be arriving, which makes me feel like they are waiting to welcome me. I like that. They are very nice.

There was no shampoo or soap, and when I asked the front desk, they simply said it was out of stock.
