The Fun Place and the Espacio Monica were great, but the outdoor pools weren’t climate‑controlled.

The breakfast was good and the location convenient, but because a conference was happening, all the guest parking spots were taken by attendees; there was no parking for guests, which I think is unacceptable for a 5‑star hotel. It makes me wonder if they consider guests when hosting extra events.
