“The stay was most enjoyable. The cabin comfortable.”
We were happy that pets could stay inside the park.

Strahan Beach Tourist Park, a family-friendly destination, sits directly on Strahan Beach. Self-contained cabins offer cooking facilities, private bathrooms, and lounge areas with sofas, TVs, and DVD players. The park features a guest laundry, children's playground, and BBQ facilities, with the town centre just a 15-minute walk away, and free onsite parking available.

The spot was super quiet, a short walk to town and the beach, and the cabin had plenty of space, but it felt a bit impersonal since everything was handled online.

The towels were thick and plush—amazing! The only downside was that there were no instructions for the gas oven, so I had to ask for help because I’d never used one before.

The location was great and the flat was a good spot for our camper, close to the facilities, yet the kitchen lights went out while we were cooking dinner. We spent about 40 minutes trying to reset the fuse, and only got the lights back on in time for our very late dinner after the town show. I went to the office the next morning to report the problem, but nobody was there to talk to.

I camped here and found the facilities very clean and easy to locate. The property sits on the ocean and is a short walk from town. I didn’t need to go to an office to check in; the instructions were sent to me and I found the spot on the map, which was simple to locate. I can’t really fault anything from my short stay, though the campsite had no shade, but that’s not a big deal.
