“Very loud place”

We liked that the hotel has an inner courtyard for parking, the staff were very polite and friendly, and we loved the interior and the beautiful entrance area. However, the Wi‑Fi is terrible, the view from the window is nothing special—there’s absolutely nothing to look at, and the soundproofing is completely non‑existent; all night long we could hear footsteps from the stairs and the sound of showers running in neighboring rooms, so we couldn’t catch a wink of sleep. We specifically got a room with a courtyard view and deeply regretted it because dogs from nearby houses barked all night, which was incredibly annoying. Breakfast was terrible; the only good thing I can mention is the coffee—coffee here is good. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and squeaked loudly, and the pillows were uncomfortable.
