We loved the location and our deluxe king room. The shower was exceptional. We’d booked and prepaid for breakfast in advance, this was missed by the staff so we went to breakfast the first morning only to discover that we had to pay as the restaurant is separate to the hotel. When we flagged this to Reception we were given vouchers for the remainder of our stay but no refund for day 1. We also found that the prepaid breakfast menu was a laminated piece of paper with limited choices whilst the main menu was superb. This was disappointing and not clear on booking
