The hotel is clean and fairly organized, but the gym is in poor condition with almost no weights. In a four‑star hotel, items like an ironing board are expected, yet they’re missing. Guests have to hunt for information about available services.

Breakfast could use more variety; that’s a bit of a problem.

The room was well cleaned and very tidy. I was very satisfied with the toilet’s cleansing function and the shower’s water pressure. The humidity was intense, probably due to the season, and the bed environment was not ideal.
