It was basic and pricey, and the staff were friendly. The temperature hit 100 degrees, and there was no air conditioning in the hallways or elevator; the downstairs area was hot, and there was hair in the bathtub.

The location and the pool were good. The hallways and elevator were hot, the shower had low water pressure, and the keypad didn’t work for room entry.

The place was close and very clean. The grounds crew cut trees with loud machines at 7:30 am, and the trees were only a half‑meter from the rooms, causing a lot of noise and disturbance at that hour.

The staff were great—Ramon was especially helpful! A huge roach was in our room, clearly coming from outside, and the bathroom had moldy art.
