They didn’t let me stay at all and completely cancelled my reservation, so there was nothing positive to mention.

El Hotel OMMI es lindo, sin embargo la experiencia que tuve no fue agradable, ya que al llegar ahí me comentaron que ellos ya no tienen relación con la plataforma de Booking por lo que me quedé sin habitación, me comentaron que haga la cancelación y que me devolverían el total completo, el error no fue mío, y solo me están devolviendo la mitad… así que antes de hacer y confirmar su visita por medio de la plataforma hablen al hotel para confirmar si tiene la relación laboral con Booking porque nadie ahora se quiere hacer responsable de devolver el dinero. La plataforma de Booking sigue mostrando que está activo el Hotel Aldea Boutique Ommi y el hotel al llegar ahí comenta que no tiene relación alguna y no me quieren hacer mi devolución completa. NO ME DIERON HABITACIÓN.

The nights were noisy because of the nearby restaurants, the room’s overall cleanliness left something to be desired, and the lighting was inadequate.

“Fabulosa”

The location was perfect, but unfortunately, the hot water didn't work. It was a shame because the hotel's location was ideal.

We loved the beautiful and comfortable place, it was super clean and had a great location, but the music went on till late at night. It was a bit of a bummer, but the hotel's positives definitely outweighed the negatives.
