The staff were welcoming and the room was pretty. The mattress was very dirty and offered no comfort at all.

The staff tried to resolve my concerns and then handed me a room with a beautiful view. However, there was a cockroach in the room, and they didn’t warn me that there wouldn’t be extra space in the room.

The location and value for money are good, and the staff were very kind. The other guests were a problem—the expensive neighbor who screamed on the phone all night was exhausting.
