RedDoorz @ Golden Park Inn La Union

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, with everything exceeding my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotlessly clean, and the amenities were top-notch. I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's overall quality and service.

While the location and staff at this hotel were pleasant, our stay was marred by a major issue. We were given the wrong room, with the hotel providing us with two Double rooms instead of the Deluxe and Double rooms we had booked. To make matters worse, no compensation was offered, leaving us feeling frustrated and disappointed. Despite its good location and friendly staff, we were left feeling let down by the hotel's mistakes.

“Needs improvement”

I appreciated the spacious room and large bed, but unfortunately, the space had a strong odor of age and was not well-maintained. Thankfully, our stay was brief, so it wasn't a huge issue. The room's condition was a letdown, but at least the size was comfortable.

“RedDoorz unrecommendable”

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was marred by several issues. Upon arrival, we discovered that our reserved room was not the same as what was recorded in their system. The room, toilet, and even the aircon smelled terrible, making it difficult to relax. To make matters worse, the hotel staff was unhelpful and unapologetic, leaving a sour taste in our mouths. Needless to say, we would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was really looking forward to my stay, but when I arrived, I was disappointed to find that the room didn't match the photos I'd seen. It was a bit of a letdown, to be honest. The actual room was quite different from what I expected, which was a shame.
