The welcome was attentive, the room was already cool; everything else was excellent.

The value for money was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the place looks even better in person than in the photos. I would have preferred a single king‑size bed, the TV is a bit small, and the parking closes, so keep that in mind.

The place is very quiet and ideal for staying in Izamal. In one room the TV and air conditioning didn’t work, and they didn’t replace it.
