L'emplacement est pratique, mais l'accès est compliqué et il n'y a aucune indication pour y arriver. Le personnel est souriant mais délaissant, la nourriture n'est pas mauvaise mais bien trop chère, le petit déjeuner est pas terrible, la chambre est peu agréable et surtout très loin des 36 m² annoncés, les lits à faire par ses propres moyens et peu confortables.

“Die Aussicht hat die negativen Seiten nicht kompensiert.”

The coffee at breakfast costs extra, but the view is beautiful. At checkout, the price was only accepted in euros; if that didn’t work, they said they couldn’t issue it. The lady pressed us to pay for dinner right when we arrived, and she was unhappy when we declined, giving the impression that her staff were scared of making a mistake.

“Désagréable”

The location is great, but the owner was very unpleasant and her honesty was questionable, so I’d avoid this place; it’s a shame because the setting could have been charming.

נוף מהיפים שראיתי. אבל תחסכו לכן את עגמת הנפש מהאנשים שמנהלים את המקום. הייתי צריכה להבין כשראיתי איך הם זורקים מחלון האוטו את שקיות הזבל לאזור הפחים ולא לפחים. כתבתי המון ביקורות רובן מעולות המקום הזה פשוט נורא. לטובת הנוף לא צריך לישון במקום. A beautiful view cannot make up for a lack of basic human decency. Even when you choose a modest hotel, you still hope for one thing above all else: to meet decent, caring human beings. Before booking this hotel, and throughout the period leading up to my arrival, I communicated with the staff and specifically asked about access to the property. I explained that I have difficulty walking and needed to know whether getting around would be manageable for me. “Don’t worry, madam, we’ll help you. Everything will be fine. Just come. Thank you so much for choosing us! The access is easy, you won’t need to walk. Just come.” Those were the reassurances I received. The reality was very different. I arrived in the evening feeling extremely unwell. It is true that I got lost, and someone came to collect me from a location in Krujë. But once I parked my car, that was the end of any assistance. Nobody offered to help me with my bag. I had already understood that there was no point in even taking my suitcase out of the car. They asked me about ten times whether I wanted to order dinner. Yet when the young man saw me standing there in tears, barely able to stay on my feet, he didn’t even offer me a glass of water. What mattered to him was that I pay immediately. Apparently, payment absolutely could not wait until the following morning, after I had rested. Then there is the sign in the room, which I intend to photograph and add to this review. It warns guests to keep the room clean and tidy and threatens to charge them for repairs if they fail to do so. What a welcoming message to receive as a guest. The bed creaks, the mattress sags, and the hot water barely lasts long enough for a short shower. But the real highlight was breakfast. Breakfast is served strictly between 8 and 9 a.m. God forbid the hotel should offer its guests a little flexibility — perhaps someone would like to sleep a bit longer or leave a little earlier
