The front desk folks were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast bar offered a wide range of options. Everything else was fine.

The hot tub was nice, but the pool was too cold.

There was mold in the bathroom shower, the security lock on the back door to the parking lot was missing, and the parking lot itself felt unsafe.
