You have to walk a short distance to reach the glamping side, but if you drive you get free parking, which is excellent. We booked King Brown and the view is right in front of Mount Fuji, which is spectacular. We enjoyed our stay and the staff were really friendly, thoughtful and helpful; they even gave us an extra bed and comforter for our kids. We stayed for two days, but there was no room service. It would have been better if the staff cleaned the trash or provided a place for us to dispose of it outside the room.
