“Bien calidad precio”

The place looked quite clean, especially the restrooms and showers. The staff were very friendly and attentive at all times. When I arrived, the receptionist gave me a comforter. The only issue was that when I closed the capsule, the sliding part on the rail was dirty.

I half‑expected to wake up in a traffic‑jam organ truck. The place is terribly organized; the capsules are set up with no privacy at all. Four cheap plastic walls mean constant noise as people come and go. They’re right next to the toilet and showers, which aren’t even separated by gender – all together with a door next to each other in front of the capsules. The USB charging outlets were sealed with silicone, so we couldn’t charge our phones. We asked reception for a solution and a month later we were still waiting. We tried to take it in stride, but I definitely wouldn’t stay there again, even jokingly. The space is badly organized, offers no privacy, and the noise is relentless. The capsule quality is very poor.

Fácil check in y check out, super amable el chico de la recepción Jesús es su nombre. Viajamos dos mujeres y nos sentimos seguras en todo momento. Super limpio el hostel. Que no se me hizo tan cerca del centro como yo lo esperaba pero esta bien conectado con la línea del metro

I expected a place to relax, but the ad promised something else; we arrived to a space that felt like a cramped spaceship capsule, and we didn't feel at all comfortable, so I’m asking for a refund of the amount paid for the stay.
