The staff were very helpful, the bed covers were cute, and the room was spotless.

The family room was large, clean, and comfortable, and the price was good. The fridge smelled awful, and there were no disposable slippers. The pillows were so thin that they hurt my neck. We, a family of five, only received a double bed and one single futon for the kids to share; we might have asked for an extra one. There was no coffee or tea in the room, and we weren't told we could get them downstairs, so we had to buy our own. The hospitality was average. I know it’s a small thing, but we weren’t offered a ride to the station like others mentioned.

The view from the window is the sea, the value for money is good, and it’s clean and hygienic.

A small seaside hotel that’s absolutely charming. The owner was professional and welcoming. The bus stop is right below the hotel, making it very convenient, and a 7/11 is a 10‑minute walk. At the end of my stay, the owner drove me to the small station for the next city. I would have liked to stay longer; Atami was truly a love‑at‑first‑sight.
