“Probably top 5 one of the best hotels I have stayed in.”

The property was surprisingly comfortable; the first thing I noticed was how lovely it smelled—fresh and well-used space. The bathroom was beautiful and spacious, so I didn’t feel claustrophobic like I usually do in other hotels. The check‑in staff were accommodating. Parking was convenient, right in front of my room, and I was impressed by the layout and service, especially as a solo traveler. However, the bathroom window wasn’t secure and popped off its hinge, which was a bit of a safety issue. The TV didn’t work; the room could use a TV update with apps on the remote. It was a bit dusty, the bed head hinges could use a clean, and the phone and remote could use a wipe down. A door‑chain lock from the inside would add extra security, especially for a solo traveler, as the pop‑in lock wasn’t enough. Overall, just minor fixes, but I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely return.

“Absolutely rubbish stay - never go back”

The room was clean, but the restaurant was closed even though the website said it was open, and there were no spare toilet rolls in the bathroom or bedroom. When I asked the manager why it was closed, he said there weren't enough guests to open it—how many do they need? I counted 10 cars in the parking lot.
