“Naprawdę urocze miejsce!”
The hotel is truly stunning, striking from the moment you enter with its minimalist yet elegant design that still feels distinctly African, avoiding a sterile feel. Everything is cohesive, thoughtful, and simply gorgeous. The rooms are spacious, airy, and impeccably clean, with air‑conditioning, a fan, and a large, well‑maintained bathroom. Daily housekeeping keeps the rooms spotless, so cleanliness is never an issue. Zanzibar does experience power outages, which is normal for the island and not considered a flaw. Note that rooms lack a mosquito net over the bed and a hair dryer in the bathroom; while the missing dryer was not a problem, a net would be useful for safety. Breakfasts are excellent and generous, with a daily menu card to choose from, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, and tea—all tasty, fresh, and beautifully presented. The location is a huge plus: the beach is close, and there are many other nearby spots. During higher tides when the beach is less accessible, you can spend free time at the pools of nearby facilities, which is a great convenience. The hotel itself also has a small but pleasant pool, perfect for cooling off and relaxing. The staff are friendly, helpful, and smiling. The hotel is small, intimate, and tranquil, making it easy to unwind. In short, it’s a wonderful place, especially for those who appreciate beautiful design, peace, an intimate atmosphere, and an African vibe.
