The location is very quiet, with rooms set apart in a secluded area and a lovely landscape around. The check‑in process was a bit of a hassle, only available in Italian or French, and the seasonal pool opening was disappointing. Towels felt stale and old, there was no breakfast option, and the cups in the room were barely enough. I also experienced intermittent network issues and a power outage.

The view over the gentle countryside was lovely and the space was abundant. However, the pool was closed at 34 °C at the end of May during Europe’s biggest heatwave, which I found completely unacceptable, especially since the website hadn’t mentioned it six months before booking. The price‑performance ratio made no sense: €190 per night for a 1.4 m bunk bed, a closed pool and no breakfast, not even a breakfast package in the “no‑man’s‑land” area, and the towels smelled.

You can brew coffee in the room, there's ample parking, and the place is quiet. The room was unbearably cold—you wore merino sweaters and still shivered. Earlier negative comments on this issue were ignored by the owner. The sheets and towels were clean, but the sofa and chairs were not. The shower alternated between hot water and a weak, cold flow. Not having breakfast at an agritourism property is a big downside; for half the price you could find a better stay that includes breakfast, so I wouldn't recommend overpaying for this low quality.
